The department of Innovation and Product Development Technology, recognized in the name of IPD (Innovation and Product Development Technology) offers currently a bachelor's degree course in Thai language: B.Sc. Innovation and Product Development Technology. This course emphasizes on the learning of the students for their future work in agro-industry which can support the development of a new economic model of Thailand 4.0. The students must be able to use their multiple knowledges and skills such as in food science, product development system, quality assurance, marketing and management the intellectual property of their own product creation to be a new entrepreneur.

The course provides 2 branches
1. Health and Beauty Product Development Technology 
Focusing on the development of beverages and healthy food and dietary supplement products from fruits, vegetables, meat, dried beans and herbal plants as well as the development of cosmetic products.
2. Food Product and Package Design and Development
Focusing on the creation of food products in trend, such as new food, fusion food, ready to eat food. This branch emphasizes also on the design of packaging which must be appropriate, beautiful and modern, and could promote the product to be interesting and desirable for consumers.
